About Us:

Triz’ exploration into sound healing came about with the introduction of tuning forks and their unique ability to transform physical, emotional, and spiritual states.  This led her into a deeper search of sound and sounding and how the body/mind connection leads to healing.  Her collection of sound tools includes drums, gong, crystal bowls, and the interesting Peruvian Whistling Vessels.  These tools bring about an altered state, which aids the body in transformation.

Together with her studies in Tai Chi and Qiqong, Triz combines her knowledge of chi movement, sound and music to bring about the healing of body-mind-spirit.
